What’s included in the price?

Your order includes 3D design based on your photos, a 3D preview for approval, and printing + finishing. A standard display base is included. Optional upgrades may vary by product type.

Can I request changes after seeing the 3D preview?

Yes. You’ll receive a 3D preview before printing. You can request reasonable revisions such as facial details, colors, or small adjustments. Once you approve the preview, we start production and changes are no longer guaranteed.

How long does production and shipping take?

Typical production takes 7–12 business days after preview approval. Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Rush options may be available for faster turnaround.

What size or detail level should I choose?
