Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with CUSTOM 3D FIGURINES. All items are made-to-order based on the photos and instructions you submit. This means your order includes both production time and shipping time.


1) Where We Ship From

Orders are produced and shipped from Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.


2) Production Time (Made-to-Order)

Each figurine is custom-made. Production begins after we receive your complete materials (photos and required order details) and, if applicable, after your model is approved.

Estimated production time: 5–7 business days
(Production time excludes weekends and local public holidays.)

Production time may be longer during peak seasons or if additional revisions are requested before approval.


3) Shipping Time (United States)

After your order is dispatched, shipping to the United States typically takes:

Estimated shipping time to the U.S.: 7–12 business days
(Shipping time excludes weekends and may be impacted by carrier routing, weather, or customs processing.)

Important: Shipping time starts after dispatch, not on the order date.


4) Shipping Fees & Methods

Shipping fees and available methods are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and package size/weight.

We currently do not offer rush/expedited production.


5) Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.


6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Shipping)

Your order ships internationally from China. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee (unless explicitly stated) and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs clearance times vary by destination and may cause delays beyond our estimated transit time.


7) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout (including apartment/unit number and correct ZIP code). Address errors may result in delivery delays or returns.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


8) Shipping Issues, Delays, and Claims

Carrier delays and customs inspections can occur and are outside our control. We will assist you in tracking and carrier inquiries when possible.

Reporting window: Please contact us within 7 days if:

  • your package shows an issue in tracking (e.g., exception, returned, stuck with no updates), or

  • tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, or

  • the package arrives damaged (include photos of the box + item)
