What photos do I need to upload?

Please upload 3–6 clear photos of the person (and pet, if applicable). Front, side, and back angles are best. Avoid heavy filters, low light, or motion blur for the most accurate details.

What’s included in the price?

Your order includes 3D design based on your photos, a 3D preview for approval, and printing + finishing. A standard display base is included. Optional add-ons (rush, engraving, extra accessories) are available at checkout.

Can I request changes after seeing the 3D preview?

Yes. You’ll receive a 3D preview before printing. You can request reasonable revisions (e.g., facial details, colors, small adjustments). Once you approve the preview, we start production and changes are no longer guaranteed.

How long does production and shipping take?

Typical production takes 7–12 business days after preview approval. Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Rush options may be available for faster turnaround.

What size should I choose?

Choose based on where you’ll display it and how much detail you want. 5 inch is great for desks and gifts, 6 inch is the most popular balance, and 7 inch is best if you want a more premium presence and more visible detail.
